Randy is driving from Downtown Salem to Portland International Airport. He has just one hour to get to his flight on time. Randy gets just past Wilsonville ( halfway to the airport ) when he realized road construction had limited his speed to an average 40 miles per hour for the first 30 miles of his trip.
