Assessment 5.8 Dropping the Bomb: Persuasive Speech (Possible Points: 40) After reading the background on the decision to drop the atomic bomb on Japan, create a T-chart that identifies the arguments on both sides: for and against using the bomb. You should have at least four points for each side in the debate. Then compose a speech taking one side in this debate. The speech should address the key points from your T-chart.
